Business Banking (BB)
offers a wide range of services and solutions to our small to medium, enterprise customers and our regional and agribusiness customers. We also take care of our personal and institutional online trading customers.
Everyday Business Banking (EBB)
team supports the full spectrum of customers' needs from the smallest businesses to the largest corporates. We have accountability for Cash Management, Merchant Solutions, Customer Lifecycle Management and Transaction Banking Services frontline.
Based in the
Transaction Growth and Propositions
team, the Propositions Crew have the unique responsibility to design, build and run the high-profile customer propositions, that enable us to take the "best of CommBank" to the market, so we can grow our leading market share and drive greater customer value. Some of these propositions include: Real Estate, CommBank Yello for Business, Tradies Proposition, Sustainability Action Tool and Biz Enquiry. This role sits within the Strategic Partnerships team, which manages the partnerships for CommBank Yello for Business, our reward and recognition program.

Work as part of the team to design and develop market leading partnerships and offers that reward and recognise our customers as part of the CommBank Yello for Business proposition.
Work closely with Legal to support partnership agreement negotiations to deliver on our strategic objectives, while managing ongoing partner relationships.
Conduct research and proactively seek out global best practice and new business partnering opportunities that will elevate our offerings.
Contribute to leadership reporting and updates to measure the success of propositions and initiatives.
Work with teams across EBB, Marketing, Legal, Risk and other key stakeholders to bring the strategy to life, in a compliant and sustainable way.
Work closely with technology and data teams to agree and track key prioritised work to achieve the agreed strategy and metrics within agreed timeframes.
Develop presentation materials at the highest standard, to support internal and external conversations.
Monitor transaction banking market in terms of competition and industry changes.
Regularly seek out feedback on your performance from peers, leaders and stakeholders.
Contribute to a culture of high-performance, through personal accountability and creating an inclusive and psychologically safe culture.

We Are Interested In People Who Have
Legal related degree or business degree with significant experience in contracts with third parties.
Commercially oriented and strong business acumen preferred.
Experience in product and proposition development and strategy is desirable, preferably in banking.
The ability to support external partnership development and management.
Exceptional written and verbal communication.
Exceptional attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives concurrently while delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
Customer centred design and customer journey design experience.
Proven ability to work across many lines of business to influence outcomes.
