Build strong relationships with participants, their families, NDIS coordinators, planners, and service providers to ensure effective support and service delivery.The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of the NDIS and NDIS funding, ability to read and interpret client plans, manage budgets and work within a KPI driven environment.This role is permanent full time positionwhich can be flexibly based anywhere in NSW or ACT with hybrid work from home arrangements.Key responsibilitiesStrengthen and enhance our client's ability to coordinate supports and participate in the communityRegularly monitor our client's NDIS plan to ensure services are being delivered within their allocated budgetEnsure mainstream services meet their service obligations to clients (i.e. housing, education, justice, health)Provide the client and the NDIA with reports on outcomes and success indicators, within the agreed reporting frequencySkills & experienceStrong understanding of the NDIS, including funding and client plansDemonstrated experience in working with people with a disability and mental health issuesTime management skills and ability to work within a KPI driven environmentExcellent verbal communication skills and a demonstrated ability to engage with clients and their families to support them as participants of the NDISStrong written and computer skills for the creation of plans, programs reports, correspondence and other documentsEstablished time management, problem solving and conflict management skillAbility to think creatively and use initiativeSuccessful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check, NDIS Workers Screening Check and Working with Children Check.Empowering leadership and supportive teamJoin a national social purpose organisation with various career opportunitiesFlexible working environment – you can work from home or the officeAccess to Fitness Passport (workplace health and fitness program that gives you and your family access to a choice of gyms and pools across your area)How to ApplyInclude your resume and covering letter in one document, click ‘Apply’ and follow the prompts.
