Coordinate and investigate student academic integrity matters to ensure fair, consistent, and timely resolution in line with University policy.
About the Position
As the Academic Misconduct Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and investigating matters related to student academic integrity and misconduct in accordance with University policy and legislative requirements.
About You
To be successful, you will require:
* Demonstrated experience coordinating or conducting case-based investigations with accuracy, discretion, and independence.
* Strong understanding of academic integrity frameworks and the principles of procedural fairness.
* High-level written and verbal communication skills, including report writing, correspondence drafting, and stakeholder liaison.
* Proven organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases to strict deadlines.
* Demonstrated competence with case management and other data systems, and proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools.
* Commitment to continuous improvement, fairness, and the University's values of integrity, transparency, and respect.
* Commitment to the University's values.
* Experience in a higher‑education environment managing student academic integrity or misconduct cases.
* Knowledge of authorship verification, GenAI‑related misconduct detection tools, or similar analytical methods.
* Experience delivering workshops or educative communications on compliance, integrity, or student conduct matters.
Remuneration
Appointment to this role will be at Professional Level 7. The base salary will be in the range of $96,559 – $105,992 per annum. The total remuneration package will be in the range of $112,974 – $124,010 per annum, including 17% superannuation.
