**The Company**
Headquarters located in Perth, Western Australia and specialises in the provision of renewable energy services inclusive of Build Own Operate (BOO) or Design and Construct (D&C) projects, which incorporate all aspects of design, procurement, manufacturing, testing, installation, commissioning, and operating grid-connected or off-grid renewable energy and storage systems.
This includes systems with varying combinations of Solar PV, Wind, Stand Alone Power Systems (SPS), Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), Hydrogen, and backup thermal generation.
**The Role**
The HSE Advisor for PO and C&I is a supporting role to the business, it covers works that are health & safety related, and associated with C&I, Perth operations and general business. This also includes compliance of systems and other administration actives as required. Whilst your role may vary, you will typically be tasked with the health & safety and compliance, with elements of quality and environmental where required. This position is for a fixed 12-month maternity leave contract.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Engage and participate in HSE discussions, training, risk assessments, toolbox discussions and other HSE initiatives
- Contribute to and provide feedback on HSE management system documentation and tools
- Coordinate the investigation and reporting of reportable incidents and accidents in the workplace
- Review Personnel Medicals and other onboarding requirements
- Assist in the development and implementation of the safety induction, safe act observation and VOC programs
**About You**
- Competent use in MS Office software program
- High level knowledge in QMS policies and procedures
- Experience in Auditing
- Experience working to the standards of ISO 9001,45001 & 14001
- Prompt culture of quality, continuous improvement and risk mitigation
