Senior Mental Health Social Worker
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mental Health Social Worker to provide effective mental health social work in support of designated teams.
* Deliver high-quality mental health social work services to patients, contributing to the development of service delivery and suggesting initiatives for improvement.
* Manage patient caseloads according to Defence Community Mental Health (DCMH) allocation processes and practices.
* Support the management of DCMH by providing direct delivery advice on mental health social work.
* Lead safeguarding efforts within DCMH, providing guidance on best practices and policies.
The ideal candidate will have:
* A minimum of significant post-qualification experience within mental health services.
* A deep understanding of relevant social care legislation.
* Proven expertise in risk assessment and mental state evaluation.
