Seeking an experienced Project Architect to join a Melbourne studio, with a strong focus on project delivery across multi-residential, student accommodation and co-living projects. Candidates with solid commercial project experience are also encouraged to apply.

Role
The Role You'll be working on large, complex projects with significant scale, responsibility and longevity. The role is delivery-focused and will involve:
Managing projects through documentation and delivery phases
Leading coordination with clients, consultants and authorities
Producing and overseeing high-quality documentation in Revit
Planning project workflows, timelines and resourcing independently
Supporting and mentoring junior architects within the project team
Taking ownership of your work and maintaining momentum across project stages
About You We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and confident managing complex projects. You'll ideally bring:
Proven experience as a Project Architect or mid-level architect
Strong background in multi-residential, student housing or co-living projects
Solid experience managing clients and consultant teams
Excellent understanding of project delivery and documentation processes
High-level Revit proficiency
The ability to work independently and plan ahead
Confidence mentoring junior team members
Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach
