Responsibilities
Welcoming each new and returning guest with personalised and attentive care, setting the tone for exceptional service in the lobby
Assisting with valet parking and delivering luggage
Providing a personalised room orientation and tailored recommendations to enhance guest stays
Representing the brand's commitment to excellence through professional presence and knowledge of Adelaide and its surroundings
Qualifications
Full driver's license; confident driver on both automatic and manual cars
Service-focused personality; customer-related experience is an asset
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting
Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
Must be located in Adelaide / Australia or be prepared to relocate within a short time frame; international applications require proof of working rights with the application
