**About the Client**
Our client has grown into one of the largest real estate groups in Australia. The company offers a wide range of real estate services, including residential and commercial property sales, property management, leasing, and property development. They cater to buyers, sellers, investors, and tenants, providing assistance throughout the entire real estate process. Our client is a fast-growing business, and they are looking for an energetic, hardworking Leasing Consultant who's passionate about real estate. The role is based in Glen Waverly, Victoria.
**The Role**

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide an exceptional customer focus toward prospective and existing owners and renters
- Respond to general inquiries from potential renters
- Conduct Open Inspections and show prospective renters through properties.
- Call all owners after each Open for Inspection to provide feedback on the open, even if no prospective renters attend.
- Create renter folders in the property folder on the G Drive
- Save and label all documents in the renter folder within the property on the G Drive
- Negotiations with RRP and/or renters in relation to rental payment offers and/or moving dates
- Any excluded rooms, storage, or carparks must be approved by the Department Manager or General Manager
- Communicate the preparation and confirmation of tenancy lease agreements to be sent for approved applicants to our Virtual Assistance (VA'S)
- Demonstrate a commitment to satisfying the requirements to uphold a real estate licence or certificate under relevant real estate legislation.
- Ensure that properties are maintained and presented, in accordance with the owner's instructions and reporting any properties that are not well maintained and/or require maintenance to the Business Development Manager as well as the Property Manager
- In obtaining suitable renters, ensure lawful requirements, as well as company procedures, are followed at all times
- Ensure that any administrative functions as directed by management are completed promptly and in an efficient manner
- Ensure your motor vehicle is well maintained both mechanically and aesthetically at all times, including comprehensive insurance coverage.
- Ensure punctual attendance for all internal and external business commitments.
- Maintain a well-groomed and business-like appearance including wearing a company uniform.
- Participate in key result areas and key performance indicator review processes to establish areas for improvement.
- To maintain a high professional and ethical profile in accordance with industry and company standards
- Maintain a current driver's license, driving in a safe manner during work hours.
**Key Requirements**:
- Possession of a Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration
- A current driver's license.
- Have your own reliable car - always keep it clean inside and out.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A proven ability to build strong client relationships.
- Competent in the use of Gmail, Google Calendar, iPhone.
- Experience in the real estate industry
- Experience in the local property market
- Competent in the use of Inspect Real Estate, PropertyMe, and Ignite.
