Join our team today.About the roleWith an exciting brownfields hard-rock mining project on the horizon, we're seeking experienced Maintenance Supervisors.
Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring maintenance team to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Located nearby Southern Cross, these roles are offered on a FIFO 8/6 roster from Perth or DIDO roster from surrounding towns.In this role, you will:Lead, coach and develop team members by setting clear expectations, monitoring performance and mentoring othersManage and execute maintenance work using efficient equipment servicing strategies to achieve targeted service times and schedule compliance ratesEnsure that work is completed within allowed budget and resourcesAssist the Maintenance Manager & Superintendents in implementing safety plansPlay an active role in all incident investigationsDevelop and strengthen key internal and external stakeholder relationshipsAbout you:As the successful applicant, you will be a high achieving & team focused individual with a focus on a collaboration and achieving within your work team.
