The Team
You will join a close-knit and highly collegiate P&C team of 11 members providing HR support to the firm nationally. We operate in a fast-paced environment, and our team is respected for their responsive, helpful, and caring approach, delivering strategic advice and projects to the business. You will benefit from the collective knowledge and expertise of team members to develop as an HR professional.

The Role
We're seeking an experienced P&C Adviser to join our Brisbane office. This generalist role involves a broad range of P&C areas such as:

- Recruitment
- Vacation clerk & graduate programs
- People & performance management including reviews, disciplinary & grievance processes
- L&D initiatives
- Participation in P&C projects like health & wellbeing, D&I, engagement, leadership development, reward & recognition
- Policy & compliance areas such as WH&S

About You
We're looking for someone with:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- At least 3 years' experience in a similar role within legal or professional services sectors
- Confidence to autonomously manage a recruitment portfolio
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and confidentially
- Skills in building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships

We are also open to candidates with a strong recruitment background interested in transitioning to a generalist HR role.
