We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant/Team Leader to mentor a small team and own the Queensland market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in new business billing activity, experience mentoring a small team of recruitment consultants, and a strong focus on business development and relationship management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving a culture built on regular business development, continually seeking out and securing new business opportunities, and managing relationships with key customers. They will oversee core technical components of client engagement and delivery quality execution, as well as take an active interest in the development of others.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven track record as a high achiever in new business billing activity
- Demonstrable experience mentoring a small team of recruitment consultants
- Strong Business Development and Relationship Management focus: able to demonstrate targeted and secured new business opportunities
- Drive, determination, and keen interest in building business
- Extensive understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and best practice sourcing principles
- Strong network of customers and contacts, preferably of a senior nature
- Appreciation for profit and loss (P&L's)
