Key Responsibilities
* Welcome guests, provide menus and drink options, and suggest wine pairings to enhance the dining experience.
* Record customer orders, communicate with the kitchen and bar teams, and deliver meals and drinks promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Ensure a clean and tidy environment by uncorking wine bottles, pouring beverages, preparing tables, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
Requirements
* AQF Certificate II or III in Hospitality, or at least one year of relevant experience in the industry.
* At least 1 year of full-time work experience as a Waiter, providing exceptional customer service and working effectively as part of a team.
