are currently seeking skilled and experienced Mechanical Fitters for an upcoming shutdown in Adelaide.
* Adelaide Brighton Cement - Birkenhead Shutdown
* Shutdown Dates: 19/01/ /02/2026
* $60.00 p/h flat rate
* 12 hour days
* Dayshift only + have a day off for Australia Day
This shutdown is drive in/out only and requires that all attendees have their own reliable transport and accommodation within Adelaide for the duration of the shutdown.
Role Requirements
* Australian Trade Certificate
* Nationally Accredited Confined Space - within 2 years of issue
* Nationally Accredited Working at Heights - within 2 years of issue
* Previous mining and/or shutdown experience
* Demonstrated commitment to safety
* Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screen
* Ability to complete online inductions
