Learning Designer Role
As a Learning Designer, you will lead the creation of innovative and student-centred learning projects.
This role is pivotal in shaping high-quality learning experiences for accredited and non-accredited programs. You will develop and deliver engaging learning content that meets the needs of students and aligns with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver learning content that exceeds expectations and drives student success.
* Provide expert advice on learning and assessment strategies, focusing on digital innovation.
* Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards, including copyright and accessibility.
* Manage project timelines and schedules to ensure timely delivery of learning resources that align with organisational goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Significant experience in innovative learning design and digital learning experiences.
* Extensive experience in designing assessments and learning resources aligned with competency standards.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, demonstrating responsibility and initiative.
* Strong knowledge and understanding of copyright legislation and compliance requirements.
* Proven ability to develop digital learning content using a Moodle-based environment or similar learning management system.
