Faculty Administrator - Pathways

Location: Millswood Campus, Adelaide | Full-time or 0.8FTE 37.5-30 hours per week

Tabor is one or the state's premier teaching colleges and places major emphasis on the art of meaningful teach practice.

To support this we are seeking a Faculty Administrator to contribute to the effective operation of our Faculty. This will be through a broad range of administration in relation to new and existing students, including Program Coordinator support, timetabling, event management, budget and committee administration assistance and the support of the Faculty Administration Manager's role. In particular, this role will focus on the student journey, assisting with selection of units and enrolment into subjects.

The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a Christian academic environment, combining strong organisational skills and administrative experience with warmth, initiative, and a heart for community-building. They will be confident in managing complex tasks, balancing multiple priorities, and engaging positively with a wide range of stakeholders including staff, students, and external enquirers. Excellent spreadsheeting skills are a must. This person will be committed to the values of respect, service, and excellence, and will bring both professionalism and grace to their interactions.

* A passion for student education within a Christian community

* Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills

* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with students and staff while maintaining professional behaviour in line with the organisation's community standing.

* Strong competence in Office 365 including spreadsheeting

* The ability to work effectively both independently and as a collaborative team member

Qualifications & Experience:

* Certificate IV or higher in Business Administration, or substantial equivalent experience

* Prior experience in school or tertiary administration is desirable

* Australian work rights are required for this position
