We are looking for an enthusiastic **FULL TIME Retail Assistants** to join our team at Solestreet at Westfield Chermside. As a key member of our retail crew, you will help create an exceptional shopping experience for our customers while promoting our range of stylish sneakers, clothing, and accessories.
This is a **casual** or full time role, meaning the number of hours will vary based on the store's needs. We offer flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, making this an ideal position for those seeking part-time work or supplementary income.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Service**: Greet customers warmly and assist with product selection, fitting, and style advice to ensure they have a positive experience.
- **Sales**: Promote new products, sales, and promotions to meet store targets and drive sales.
- **Store Presentation**: Ensure that the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing. Maintain displays to showcase new arrivals and popular items.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist with stock replenishment, unpacking deliveries, and keeping track of inventory levels.
- **Cash Handling**: Operate the register, process transactions, handle returns and exchanges, and maintain a clean and orderly cash desk.
- **Team Support**: Work collaboratively with fellow team members to achieve store goals and deliver excellent service.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay up to date with the latest sneaker trends, brand offerings, and clothing collections to provide customers with informed recommendations.
