We're seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Preparation Chef, responsible for ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly by preparing ingredients to the highest standard.
This position requires strong communication skills, experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, and a positive attitude. The ideal candidate will be able to work closely with chefs, maintaining an efficient and organized prep station, and adhering to strict hygiene and food safety standards.
The selected candidate will have solid understanding of kitchen operations, including inventory management, stock rotation, and monitoring ingredient levels to ensure smooth operation throughout service.

* Key Qualifications:
* Solid Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to work effectively with team members
* Kitchen Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, preferably as a Prep Chef or similar role
* Familiarity with Food Safety Regulations: Strong understanding of food safety guidelines and regulations, with ability to follow all necessary protocols
* Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain a clean and organized workspace
* Teamwork: Proven ability to work collaboratively with team members, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive team culture
