Your role
Responsibilities
* Uphold Visy safety standards and ensure compliance with procedures.
* Monitor and manage chemicals and inventory in the mill.
* Manage chemical budgets and KPIs, including purchase orders.
* Troubleshoot chemical dosing systems and arrange maintenance.
* Provide technical assistance and optimize dosing systems.
* Conduct testing of paper to meet quality requirements.
* Work closely with production and support during maintenance.
* Manage relationships with chemical suppliers.
* Ensure compliance with safe chemical usage and handling standards.
About you
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s in chemical engineering or science equivalent.
* Minimum two years post-grad experience or relevant internship experience.
* Ability to optimize chemical usage and cost control.
* Experience in testing and process monitoring in manufacturing.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* High-level communication skills and team-focused mindset.
* Highly organized with strong planning skills.
