**What You Will Be Doing**
Recruitment Coordinators employ nursing and mental health employees across all of Peninsula Health's campuses, this includes student nurses, graduates and experienced nurses.
The Recruitment Team work closely with the managers to provide end to end recruitment including advertising, interview, compliance and contract generation.
You will manage your own portfolio to maintain and recruit too, becoming an area specialist providing the unit manager advice and ongoing support in all areas of recruitment and onboarding
The role is Monday to Friday 08:00-4:30pm and based at Frankston Hospital with Hybrid Work From Home opportunities.>
**What You Need**
We anticipate you will have:
- Recruitment and Healthcare Industry Experience
- Knowledge of Nursing and mental health EBA
- Knowledge of e-recruit system or other recruitment programs
- Completed a Certificate or Diploma in Human Resources (desirable)
