About the role:
As a Club Manager you will be primarily in charge of ensuring that the club is hitting the daily and monthly KPI's set out for the month. You will also need to be confident in the following.
* You must be very confident in sales processes both face to face and via telephone.
* Generating and converting high-quality sales leads through community outreach, seeking referrals and the identification of new business opportunities.
* Achieving the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximize sales opportunities.
* Providing sales presentations and tours to prospective members and closing sales by overcoming objections
* Creating great member journeys via positive and personalized interactions
* Achieving successful outcomes to enquiries ending with club bookings
* Opening and closing the club as per the club roster ensuring the club is safe and clean for our members
* Active involvement in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey.
* Regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged in their journey - recommending club-based products that would boost their results and amplify their experience.
* Using social media to create club community.
About you:
You are right for the role if you have the following qualities/experience:
* A passion for fitness & care about other people's fitness journeys
* 2+ years proven sales experience with a natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals.
* Confident in networking with local business' and keeping up our fitness community.
* Effectively able to manage changing priorities in a role while working in both a fast-paced environment and start up environments under limited direction. while maintaining high work standards.
* High-level written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to communicate messages in a clear concise manner - able to listen, understand, empathize, and influence others.
* Ability to work autonomously, as well as collaboratively to achieve business outcomes.
* Are customer focused with a desire to achieve exceptional customer outcomes.
* Can-do attitude
* Attention to detail with high standards and expectations
