About Our Client
This small-sized organisation operates in the Energy & Natural Resources sector and is highly regarded for its innovative approach. With a focus on delivering sustainable solutions, they are dedicated to making a meaningful impact within the industry.
Job Description
* Lead end-to-end business analysis for key commercial and operational initiatives
* Partner with stakeholders to gather, define, and document business requirements
* Develop actionable insights using sales, demand, and inventory data
* Support trade spend optimisation, pricing, and promotional analysis
* Identify and drive process improvements across supply and demand planning
* Work closely with IT teams on system enhancements and data integration
* Prepare business cases, process maps, and functional specifications
* Assist in system implementation and support UAT where required
* Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership
The Successful Applicant
* 2-5 years' experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 in Energy, retail, or consumer goods
* Proven ability to interpret large data sets and turn insights into business actions
* Strong knowledge of operations-supply chain, sales, promotions, forecasting
* Experience working with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle), and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
* Advanced Excel and data modelling skills
* Familiarity with trade spend analysis and commercial finance principles
* Strong communication skills and stakeholder management ability
* Agile project delivery experience is desirable
