About You
* Experience working in luxury hotels or cocktail bars
* A genuine passion for one‑of‑a‑kind food and beverage products
* Ability to gauge customers' preferences, delivering a unique drinking experience
* Strong work ethic and exceptional customer service skills
* Immaculate personal presentation standards and excellent attention to detail
* Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
* Wine and Spirit Education Trust or Court of Master Sommeliers certificate (desirable)
* Full working rights in AustraliaWilling to be flexible – shifts will include days, evenings, weekends and public holidays
