About The Role
As a Senior Data Science Analyst, you will contribute to advanced pricing and risk modelling initiatives that sit at the core of consumer insurance products. Working within a highly regarded analytics team, you will develop machine learning models and deliver insights that influence key business decisions.

What You'll Do
* Develop and refine predictive models that improve pricing accuracy and risk selection across consumer insurance products.
* Collaborate with stakeholders across Portfolio, Finance and Claims to ensure modelling outcomes align with business priorities.
* Analyse complex datasets to uncover insights and recommend enhancements to modelling performance and efficiency.
* Monitor and validate models, identifying opportunities to improve accuracy and adapt to changing data trends.
* Contribute to the adoption of new techniques, including machine learning, to continuously improve modelling capability.
What You'll Bring
* Degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative discipline such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or Actuarial studies.
* At least 2 years' experience in data science or advanced analytics, with strong experience in building models.
* Demonstrated experience applying machine learning techniques such as random forests, gradient boosting or neural networks.
* Proficiency in coding languages such as R or Python to deliver modelling and automation solutions.
* Solid understanding of statistical modelling techniques including generalised linear models and relevant distributions.
* Exposure to insurance or pricing analytics is valued but not essential.
