The Opportunity
This role is responsible for leading the team of DX product sales specialists.
The DX product sales specialists are subject matter experts in Cartology's onsite digital solution, responsible for product specialist support to the Cartology sales team.
As lead for this team you are responsible for driving revenue for the product through establishing and driving best practice sales enablement to ensure the Cartology's sales team are supported in critical areas such as new initiatives to drive sales, digital product and platform expertise, in market subject matter expertise, and to guide solutions to meet client campaign objectives and business revenue objectives.
What you'll do
Lead, coach and supervise Product Specialists to achieve business revenue targets whilst managing your own portfolio of key clients.
Drive strong collaboration with the sales teams to develop a robust sales pipeline through best in market proactive and reactive solutions
Contribute to business plans developed by vertical leads through supporting opportunity development and identification of key client targets
Analysis of channel performance to identify client / category opportunities
Significant in-market activity and customer engagement as the product expert supporting the sales teams.
Collaborate with WooliesX teams to provide greater service and value to Cartology's clients and ensure that the DX value proposition meets our clients' needs.
Collaborate with PM to define revenue opportunities, procure test partners, deliver go-to-market propositions and product updates to the Cartology client sales team ensuring a prioritised and strategic series of go-to-market initiatives.
Foster and improve senior level relationships with Cartology's clients, understanding their strategy and business goals, and the current and future opportunities for the DX product suite.
Provide market feedback, thought leadership, and recommend case studies and test and learn opportunities to drive further support revenue growth
Maintain marketing collateral and ensure that it is current and effectively delivers the DX proposition
Comprehensive understanding of the media and retail media marketplace staying up to date with new innovations and technologies and fully understanding the Cartology value proposition
Accountable for the performance and personal development of the direct reports
What you'll bring
7+ years in digital media
Experience in Sales and or Team Leader experience
Strategic thinking and delivery of performance and outcome-based solutions for clients
Ability to deliver high-quality results against revenue and retention targets
Ability to build strong business relationships and networks
Engaging verbal and written communication skills, and telephone/virtual conference etiquette
Articulate and confident presenter who can deliver client presentations and recommendations
Takes initiative and follows-through on commitments to achieve results
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and deliver exceptional client engagement services

Our team is responsible for supporting customers in the "Industrial Automation" business in our Pacific Zone of Australia and New Zealand.
We have an opportunity for an individual to join our team as a Software Technical Support Engineer.
Reporting into the Customer Success division, Pacific (Zone) and based in Macquarie Park NSW, the role is tasked with ensuring continued smooth operations for our customers, troubleshoot and diagnose faults in a wide range of areas across SCADA verticals and products that we support including GeoSCADA, AVEVA System Platform and AVEVA Plant SCADA.
The role also collaborates closely with other teams including pre-sales, sales, quotes and procurement within the organisation, focusing on the customer's end to end experience with Schneider Electric.
Key responsibilities
Owning, investigating and resolving complex software issues, proposing work-a-rounds for customers
Accurate and timely documentation of activities and findings in case management system
Contribution to digital self-help materials promoting faster problem resolution for our customers while building a robust internal knowledge sharing platform for our team

About you:
To see success in this role, you will be able to demonstrate 2-4 years of experience in Application Support within an ASX top 100 business (supporting mainstream software applications and an array of customers), including proficiency working with and understanding software architecture, software unit testing and other aspects of the SDLC.
Your personal drivers, professional confidence, and desire to work for a value-based organization with leading edge solutions will be supported by a tertiary qualification in Engineering or Computer Science and complemented by a working understating of software and automation hardware communications and setup.
Key skills and experience
Previous experience with AVEVA System Platform and Plant SCADA or GEO SCADA will be advantageous
Ability to demonstrate understanding of Windows operating system, networking concepts and security

This role will be responsible for the commercialisation of SCA/LiSTNR and partners inventory through programmatic channels.
You will drive programmatic revenue growth and new business through collaboration with the digital sales & operations teams, through platform & product expertise across sales and client management.
This is a 12 month contract position.
What does your day to day look like?
Drive programmatic revenue across all LiSTNR and partner platforms including streaming, display, video, and podcasts, ensuring monthly and quarterly targets are met.
Collaborate with digital sales to deliver end-to-end programmatic solutions—from brief to post-campaign reporting—while showcasing digital audio's role in omni-channel strategies.
Grow new business by engaging agency trading desks, in-house teams, independent agencies, and direct clients to expand the programmatic client base.
Lead technical innovation by partnering with Ad Tech teams on clean room solutions and troubleshooting programmatic deals with SSPs and DSPs.
Manage performance and relationships by overseeing PG & PMP deal health, analysing consortium group data, and maintaining strong ties with SSPs, DSPs, and agency teams.
Mentor and support team development, guiding campaign executives and junior staff while serving as the primary market contact for trading desks and DSPs.
What you'll need
1+ years in programmatic sales roles
2+ years digital media experience in a sales focused role
High level understanding of the digital media landscapes
High level understanding of programmatic transactions & audience segmentation
Experience working with SSPs or DSPs & generating new business.
A strong commercial drive and understanding sales imperatives.
