The Role
We are looking for a motivated and capable individual to join our Townsville clinic in a Medical Screening and Administration role. This position is available on a casual or part-time basis, with the opportunity to progress to full-time employment as the clinic continues to grow.
This role combines administration with hands‑on involvement in medical screening activities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and working with people.
Responsibilities include:
* Supporting the daily operations of the clinic
* Providing reception and general administrative support
* Scheduling and coordinating medical appointments
* Performing medical assessments inclusive of conducting Drug and Alcohol testing and Spirometry testing *Please note full training is provided
About You:
You will have
* Excellent organisation and time management skills with great attention to detail
* The capacity to work independently as well as within a team
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group
* A positive, proactive, and adaptable approach to work
* The ability to be flexible and adaptable to the changing needs of the business
* Previous medical or clinical experience is desirable but not essential
