You will ensure the seamless delivery of People projects across the organisation, collaborating with Centres of Excellence (CoEs) to design, implement, and measure project success. A key aspect involves advising and coaching teams on Agile project management and Change Management methodologies, tools, and frameworks to promote effective project delivery.What you’ll deliver with usYou will deliver well-planned, coordinated, and impactful People projects, working closely with stakeholders to design, implement, and evaluate their success. You’ll also coach teams on project management best practices, including Agile and Change Management, to enhance our approach to project delivery.You’ll alsoCollaborate with CoEs to develop and deploy project plans aligned with organisational activities.Promote Agile project management practices and support their adoption across the People & Culture team.Establish and monitor metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of projects, aligning with organisational goals for continuous improvement.About youYou are an experienced project manager with a focus on People & Culture initiatives, skilled in planning, program deployment, and change management. You have a deep understanding of project methodologies, especially Agile, and are effective at leading change initiatives and building relationships across teams.
