* Must hold a valid QBCC Trade Licence
* Must possess a QBCC Builder Licence as a minimum qualification
* Minimum 10 years of post-trade experience
* Strong knowledge and practical understanding of Australian Standards and the National Construction Code (NCC)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proven ability to work autonomously and manage workload efficiently
* Ability to prepare accurate and detailed reports
* Ability to produce clear Scopes of Works (SOW)
* Strong construction, defect identification, and building pathology expertise
* Valid driver's licence and reliable transport
