* Experience in a similar role for at least 2 years in a fast-paced kitchen environment

JOB DESCRIPTION
* Food prep and food production of a la carte cooking
* Kitchen set up and breakdown pre and post service
* Practice and maintain a safe work environment
* Follow food safety practices
* Stock control and rotation
* Supervision of apprentices and kitchen attendants
* Communication with front of house and back of house staff
* A team player
