Job Role
We are seeking a Facilities Coordinator to manage the day-to-day operation of student accommodation and commercial facilities.
* Manage facilities operations, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery.
* C coordinate contractor works and maintenance requests via Maximo.
* Conduct regular inspections and implement improvements.
* Plan move-in/move-out processes and cyclical facility activities.
* Communicate with stakeholders on works or disruptions.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and risk management standards.
The ideal candidate has experience in facilities management, strong contractor management skills, conflict resolution abilities, excellent time management, problem-solving skills and creative thinking.
