**About the Company**
Located in Western Sydney is an excellent opportunity to join this well established business supplying and servicing heavy earth moving equipment for their clients in the construction, engineering and mining industries.
**About the role**
Varied Spare Parts Administrator role, following up on orders, purchasing and managing back orders for this global industry leader.
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, some of your key responsibilities include the following.
- Provide phone support on parts enquiries by customers and dealers
- Process parts orders with factories, whilst updating customers and dealers on order status
- Prepare quotations and Sales Invoices
- Processing Sales Orders and Purchasing Orders
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customers and factories on parts delivery and shipment
- Update and maintain schedules for shipment activities to customers and dealers
- Follow up on unresolved issues maintain up to date information on the database
- Assist with Parts stock take activities when required.
**About you**
- previous experience in the automotive, electronics or similar Industry would be advantageous
- You have excellent attention to detail with strong administrative skills
- You have excellent customer service and enjoy interfacing with clients
- Intermediate MS Excel
- SAP would be ideal however not essential
