Administrative Support Role
An exciting opportunity exists for a temporary part-time administrative professional to join our organisation. This position provides support with administrative tasks, working closely with the finance team.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the primary point of contact for the finance team, liaising with external suppliers.
* Assist with accounts administration, including invoicing, reconciliations, and data entry tasks.
* Respond to inquiries relating to accounts and billing in a professional and timely manner.
* Support finance staff with ad-hoc administrative and project-based assignments.
About You
* Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally with exposure to accounts or finance functions.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with expertise in Oracle systems an advantage.
* Strong numerical and communication skills.
* High attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
* A proactive, professional, and team-oriented approach.
* Must be immediately available for assignment.
