* Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues, supporting continual improvement of systems, processes, and overall performance.
* Contribute to the development of the technology roadmap as a CISCO Enterprise Networking SME, recommending innovations and enhancements.
* Partner with project teams to develop technical documentation, support solution deployment, and ensure compliance with architectural standards.
* Perform ongoing maintenance, upgrades, patches, and hardware refresh activities across the CISCO product suite to ensure system reliability.
* Support the successful adoption of new network technologies, ensuring smooth integration and effective utilisation across the organisation.

What You'll Need:

* Relevant qualifications in ICT or Security, with certifications such as ITIL and CCNP/CCIE (or willingness to obtain), and knowledge of ACI, SD‑A, and SD‑WAN.
* Previous experience working on both IT and OT environments, including design, deployment & service management.
* Proven experience delivering technical projects, influencing senior stakeholders, and developing solutions that drive business outcomes.
* Demonstrated ability to support the transition from legacy systems to modern platforms, improving efficiency and organisational agility.
* Strong hands‑on technical skills, including hardware troubleshooting, with a proactive and organised approach to managing multiple tasks.
* Ability to stay resilient in high‑tempo environments and work effectively within a motivated, outcomes‑focused team.

Benefits:

The successful candidate will be offered an interactive and supportive working environment, along with:

* $550 Health and Wellness reimbursement
