Warehouse Storeperson Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Warehouse Storeperson. This position is integral to ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, requiring a candidate with excellent communication skills, attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure.
The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of inventory management, dispatching and receiving of orders, as well as providing exceptional customer service. They will be highly motivated and results driven, with outstanding communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.

We require the ideal candidate to have experience checking delivery sheets, distributing goods in and out of our warehouse, including loading of trucks. Additionally, they must have a strong commitment to health and safety policies and procedures, enthusiasm and willingness to learn, and a can do attitude.
The role involves prioritizing workload and meeting deadlines, working flexibly across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night shifts. A current Forklift, Driver's and Picker's Licence is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
* Inventory Management: Manage the movement of stock from receipt to despatch, ensuring accurate records and minimal stock loss.
* Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to queries and resolving issues efficiently.
* Logistics: Coordinate the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring timely completion of tasks and maintaining high standards of quality.
