Join Adelaide Heel Pain Clinic & SA Running Injury Clinic as a Podiatrist in a two-year biomechanical internship program. The role focuses on biomechanics and musculoskeletal (MSK) care with a structured development path.
We hire based on attitude and desire. We teach you the skills. You will be joining a tight-knit team and will be supported to transition into the practice environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload focusing on biomechanics, MSK, and common lower limb conditions.
- Work with a caseload that includes plantar heel pain, Achilles tendinopathy, patellofemoral pain, MTSS, Sever’s, HAV, neuromas, with a weekly PNA.
- Utilize Swift Wart Microwave and perform routine treatments as part of patient care.
- Participate in a two-year biomechanical program with a structured process and progressive responsibilities.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and mentorship to advance clinical skills.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment with mentoring and peer support.
Qualifications
- Motivated and dynamic graduate or practicing podiatrist seeking to enhance biomechanical and MSK clinical skills.
- Passion for sports and activity, with a desire to grow beyond routine podiatry.
- Attitude and desire to learn, with a collaborative and positive approach to patient care.

Two-Year Biomechanical Program
Structured program to build your clinical capabilities, including:
- 6 Week Practitioner Turnaround Program covering Practitioner-to-Patient Communication Skills.
- 100 Day Structured Plan introducing Shockwave Therapy, Class 4 Photomodulation Cold Laser, Dry Needling, computerized running analysis, advanced orthotic prescription, EVA milled and 3D-printed orthotics, Plano Heel Pain and Achilles Injury trainings, Knee Pain, Shin Pain, Forefoot Injuries, weekly strength and conditioning, Hallux deformities, and regenerative injection therapies.
