Responsibilities
Provide direct care and support to individuals with varying disabilities.
Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
Support individuals in attending medical appointments, accessing community resources, social inclusion, and wellbeing activities.
Monitor and document client progress and care provided.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals, therapists, and other team members to ensure holistic care.

Requirements
NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness and eligibility to obtain it prior to commencement
Availability to work across a full shift pattern (mornings, evenings and sleepovers)
Valid unrestricted driver's licence
Experience supporting people with disabilities in community or residential settings
Background in related support fields such as mental health, disability, etc.
Experience with individuals with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) clients with complex and challenging behaviors
Medication and Dysphagia certificate
Ability to accept morning shifts with short notice
