Administrative Support Officer
This is a key role in our department, requiring the provision of high-level administrative support to project managers and team members.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and time management skills, as well as the ability to maintain accurate records and perform document control activities.
* Data entry into departmental databases and computer systems.
* Record keeping activities, including maintaining accurate and up-to-date files and documents.
* Document control activities, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
* Word processing and preparation of reports and correspondence.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in an administrative capacity, with a strong focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment. They must also be able to work effectively in a team, providing support and assistance as needed.
