About the role
Bravas, our shared services group supporting Hunter Premium Funding and Arteva Funding, is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team based in Adelaide. In this full-time role, you will provide exceptional customer support, responding to and resolving a wide range of customer enquiries and concerns efficiently and effectively.
What you'll be doing
* Respond to incoming customer calls, emails, and messages in a friendly, professional, and empathetic manner
* Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, ensuring a positive customer experience
* Provide accurate information and guidance to customers on Arteva Funding's products and services
* Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed
* Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and make recommendations to management
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery
What we're looking for
* Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the financial services industry
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide empathetic support to customers
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries
* Proficient in using various customer service tools and software
* Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records
* A team player with a positive and proactive attitude
