# Role Hutchies is seeking a proactive, capable and motivated Receptionist to join our Coolangatta team on a full time, permanent basis.
This is a front of house role with responsibility for managing reception and overseeing day to day office coordination. If you enjoy being across multiple tasks, take pride in keeping things organised, and thrive in a collaborative team environment, this could be an excellent opportunity.

# Responsibilities As the Receptionist your responsibilities will include:
* Manage day to day reception duties, including greeting visitors and answering calls
* Maintain office presentation, meeting rooms, kitchen and amenities
* Coordinate couriers, mail, freight and deliveries
* Manage stationery, office supplies and staff amenities
* Assist with scheduled and reactive office maintenance
* Provide administrative support to the Team Leader, including diary and meeting coordination
* Assist with correspondence, reports and general documentation
* Arrange travel, accommodation and logistics when required
* Support onboarding of new starters and maintain office registers
* Process timesheets, petty cash, expenses and reimbursements
* Book meeting rooms and support meeting preparation
* Assist with office events, social initiatives and team activities
* Handle general office tasks such as scanning, filing and photocopying
# Requirements To be successful in this role, you should have:
* 2 – 3 years’ Experience in a similar role
* A practical, can-do attitude, happy to handle both team support and day to day office tasks
* Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Professional written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
* Ability to work in a team environment and have initiative when working independently
* Strong relationship building with all relevant stakeholders
