Job Overview
Our Production Planner role requires a skilled professional to drive production success by creating and synchronizing detailed schedules, optimizing capacity and demand, and ensuring safe, efficient, and on-time delivery.

* Collaborate with supervisors to plan production, considering labor utilization and third-party supply, to meet customer demands and delivery goals.
* Develop the master schedule and translate it into detailed weekly schedules, aligning with operational needs.
* Plan material availability and stock levels to meet customer requirements and expedite where necessary.
* Monitor sales orders and integrate them into the master production plan daily, driving timely execution.
* Coordinate information with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure plans meet customer commitments, fostering strong relationships throughout the organization.
* Provide regular output reports to plan, backlogs, and past due orders, facilitating open communication with operations on variations and areas for improvement.
* A bachelor's degree in Engineering or Production Management, combined with five years of relevant experience and/or training; an equivalent combination is also acceptable.
* Experience using inventory/production ERP systems (preferably SAP), ideally within the automotive or machinery industries.
* Desirable experience in make-to-order and make-to-stock engineering environments, driving efficiency and productivity.
* Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles, including one-piece flow, production leveling, and pull systems, to streamline operations and enhance overall performance.
