Located alongside the stunning Swan river, our client is seeking an Asisstant Cafe Manager for their large venue, experience is essential for this fast paced position.
- Previous experience working in a fast paced, busy, café/restaurant environment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
- Sound knowledge of all front of house duties
- Ability to manage staff shifts and breaks
- Great customer service and a can-do attitude is essential
- Fabulous coffee making skills
- Knowledge of POS/ till systems
- Eager to learn and willing to commit to 4 weeks paid training prior to start date
- You MUST have full availability across a fortnightly roster where shifts will be equally shared between the hours of 5:30am opens and 9pm closes.
