Our Client

With an incredible track record across NSW, our client is an Australian-founded and operated project marketing firm with strong expertise in large estates/community development. They support their clients with site and lot configuration to meet market demands through marketing strategy, database management and selling/managing to completion.


The Role

As one of the company's primary points of contact, this position is intended to provide dedicated customer service to purchasers following their exchange of contracts.
Based at one of their Lake Macquarie display suites with the sales team, some of your duties will include:

* Respond to all purchaser questions regarding Contract Management, Settlement, and Construction phases and explain fundamental contract terms & conditions where needed
* Lead and coordinate the full customer experience, including proactive communication around construction updates, pre-settlement inspections, property handovers, defect resolution, settlement risk assistance, and dispute resolutions
* Play a key role in reducing fall-over rates
* Maintain and update daily, weekly, and monthly settlement status reports
* Liaise with Solicitors, Financial Planners, Brokers, Buyers, and Internal Staff about the status of Contracts, Settlement, and Construction Progress
* Prepare handover booklets, and manuals for document preparation.
* Assist purchasers with defect inspections, depreciation schedules, and property leasing information (where needed).
* Provide administrative and business support to internal staff when needed


About You

* Experience in a customer service position in the real estate industry is essential as is a solid understanding of the sales process
* Outstanding interpersonal communication skills (both verbal and written) and a strong customer service outlook
* Proficient in computer operation and familiar with working with databases
* Ability to use Mailchimp, Canva, Photo editing software etc would be an advantage
