About the Role:
This role is tailored for individuals who can make a positive contribution to our culture and customers during this exciting chapter of growth. You'll be an A Grade Electrician by title, but more importantly, a vital partner in realizing our business plan and vision. Our scope of work encompasses all aspects of electrical services, primarily focusing on Real Estate maintenance, with future exposure to commercial and industrial sectors. A genuine passion for electrical maintenance is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
* Install, repair, and maintain electrical services in residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
* Conduct thorough diagnostics and troubleshoot electrical issues efficiently.
* Maintaining company assets to a high standard
* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients are informed and satisfied with the work.
* Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive, productive work environment.
* Ensure compliance with local electrical codes and safety regulations.

What We're Looking For:
* Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional electrical experience.
* Licenses/Certifications: Valid electrical license and any additional certifications required by the state.
* White Card
* Drivers License: Manual preferred
* Skills: Strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication.
* Work Ethic: A commitment to quality, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to tasks.
* Team Player: Ability to work well with others and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
