You will oversee resource allocation, team structure and process efficiency, fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment. This role may also include the management of direct reports, such as Team Leads, to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Team Leadership: Lead and manage the ACT Urban Development team, driving operational success and ensuring project delivery excellence.
* Resource Management: Oversee resource allocation and team structure to align with business objectives.
* Market Presence: Maintain a strong local presence and build relationships within the ACT market.
* Business Growth: Ensure project delivery excellence and contribute to business growth.
* Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with senior leadership to align strategy and operations.
Requirements:
* A Bachelor of Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
* 10+ years of post-graduate experience in Urban Development.
* Proven experience in team management, including resource allocation and budget oversight.
* Strong client engagement skills.
* Strong understanding and presence of the local market.
