This is a part-time role in our Front Office team.We're looking for someone who naturally makes others feel welcome and thrives in a caring, team-first culture.
ResponsibilitiesBe the first point of contact for guests, providing a warm, friendly welcome and handling guest needs.Work primarily in front office operations with training extended to concierge services and reservations.Operate on a rotating roster to develop a broad skill set and maintain a high standard of guest experience.Support other departments (e.g., housekeeping or events) as part of a unified team.
What We're Looking ForAuthentic energy, caring nature, and a desire to make others feel welcome.Positive attitude and willingness to learn; experience with Opera or similar systems is a plus.Natural, approachable communication style with strong attention to detail.Calm, solution-focused mindset and ability to stay composed in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.Flexibility to work across weekends, public holidays, and some evenings.Professional appearance and pride in wearing the uniform.Valid Australian working rights appropriate to the role.
