About the Role
In this role, you'll be the face of the resort, assisting guests with check-in, check-out, and everything in between. It's a role that requires attention to detail, professionalism, and a warm, welcoming approach.
What you'll do:
* Manage guest arrivals and departures efficiently and professionally
* Handle reservations and inquiries via phone, email, and in person
* Provide accurate information on facilities, tours, and local attractions
* Work closely with other resort departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
About you
* Experience in front office, reservations, or customer service (hospitality experience highly regarded)
* Great organisational skills and attention to detail
* Strong communication and computer skills
* A positive, can-do attitude with a commitment to delivering excellent service
