About The Role
As an Assistant Facilities Manager, you will support the management of Charter Hall's industrial assets primarily across Western Sydney. Working alongside an experienced Facilities Management team, you'll gain broad exposure to day‐to‐day operations while continuing to build your technical, financial and stakeholder management capability.
Responsibilities
* Assisting with the day‐to‐day management of industrial properties
* Coordinating planned, preventative and reactive maintenance activities
* Supporting contractor management, inductions and onsite access
* Conducting building inspections, assisting with compliance, and reporting
* Managing purchase orders, invoices and vendor documentation
* Supporting tenant relationships to ensure high quality service delivery
* Maintaining asset registers and operational documentation
* Assisting with admin support, budgets, forecasting and operational planning
About You
* Experience in facilities coordination, building operations, property or a related field desirable but not essential
* Ambition and motivation to become a Facilities Manager
* Strong customer service mindset with the ability to build effective relationships
* Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills
* Organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities
