About the Role
We currently have multiple Support Worker opportunities across the Adelaide Hills region. As a Support Worker, you'll play a key role in enhancing the lives of our clients by providing assistance with:
* Daily living and personal care
* Community access and social support
* Domestic tasks such as cleaning and meal preparation
* Transport to appointments and outings
* Medication support (as required)
You'll be joining a close-knit, friendly team with ongoing support from our coordinators and leadership team.
About You
You're compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to supporting others to live independently. You'll bring a professional, person-centred approach to everything you do.
To be successful, you will have:
* Certificate III or above in Individual Support, Disability, or Aged Care (or equivalent)
* Current Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and National Police Check
* Current Senior First Aid and CPR certification
* Full Driver's Licence and a reliable, insured vehicle
* Diabetes training (or willingness to complete)
Previous experience in disability or aged care is highly regarded.
