What You’ll Do
- Lead Class 1 residential projects from DA through to delivery
- Coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors throughout the lifecycle
- Oversee and review documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance and design integrity
- Support junior team members and contribute to studio knowledge-sharing
What You’ll Need
- Degree in Architecture (Bachelor’s or Master’s)
- NSW registration (desired but not essential)
- Minimum 8 years’ architectural experience with Class 1 residential projects (Class 2 experience desirable)
- Strong documentation and project delivery skills
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD with experience leading and overseeing projects/teams
