Condominium Property Manager

Responsibilities:
* Provide top-notch customer service to condominium owners and residents
* Organize and attend Board meetings, record minutes, and chair annual general meetings as needed
* Conduct site inspections and complete monthly manager reports
* Draft the annual operating and reserve fund budget
* Manage projects, emergencies, contracts, and contractors
* Administer financial matters, including budgeting, analyzing expenses, reviewing, and coding invoices
Qualifications:
* Meet all annual industry licensing requirements with the relevant governing body
* Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
* Ability to communicate effectively with external and internal customers
* Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritizing skills, with the ability to follow through and complete overlapping projects
* Critical and logical thinking, analysis, and reasoning, with the ability to identify problems and create resolution
* Technology proficiency, including Microsoft Office, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Knowledge of various legislation, including relevant condominium acts
* Experience using Yardi or similar financial software
