Recruitment Officer | Busselton | Part‐Time | 3 days per week – Tues, Wed & Friday

About the Role: Capecare is going through a significant period of growth, and we need your help! Reporting to the Recruitment Coordinator, the Recruitment Officer will support the recruitment function by managing administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, coordinating communication, and assisting with the delivery of an efficient end‐to‐end hiring process.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the end‐to‐end recruitment process, including advertising roles, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
* Prepare and post job ads across multiple platforms to attract suitable candidates.
* Maintain SEEK candidate platform & Recruitment Inbox to ensure accurate and timely updates of candidate information & relevant correspondence.
* Manage all communications and correspondence in the Recruitment Inbox.
* Coordinate interview logistics, including booking meeting rooms, sending confirmations, and preparing interview guides for hiring managers.
* Conduct reference checks and support other pre‐employment compliance processes.
* Prepare contracts, roster reports and onboarding information to ensure smooth transition from recruitment to onboarding.
* Liaise with hiring managers and candidates to provide timely updates and ensure a positive recruitment experience.
* Maintain confidentiality and ensure all staff/recruitment records comply with privacy and organisational policies.
* Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment processes and enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience.

About You: You're an organised and people‐focused professional with excellent communication and relationship‐building skills, who thrives in a fast‐paced and collaborative environment. Ideally, you bring experience supporting end‐to‐end recruitment processes, from advertising and screening to interview coordination and onboarding, with a strong administrative background and exceptional attention to detail. You're confident spinning many plates, juggling different demands and providing a positive experience for candidates and stakeholders. Adaptable, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement, you take pride in delivering high‐quality recruitment outcomes and building strong partnerships across the organisation.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Diploma or Certificate in Human Resources is preferred or experience in a similar role.
* Experience supporting end‐to‐end recruitment processes, including advertising, screening, and onboarding.
* Strong administrative background with excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office tools.
* Skilled in stakeholder communication and providing a positive candidate experience.
* Able to manage multiple priorities in fast‐paced, confidential environments.
